Prague, Czech Republic – The Czech women’s national hockey team secured a decisive 3-0 victory over Switzerland in the final game of the Women’s Euro Hockey Tour series in Prague. This win marks the first time this season the Czechs have finished outside the top three in the tournament.
The Czechs, led by captain michaela Pejzlová, controlled the game from the start, showcasing their offensive prowess and stifling Swiss attacks. Adéla Šapovalivová led the scoring with two goals, while Pejzlová added another to seal the victory.
“We played a strong game today,” said Pejzlová. “We were aggressive on offence and solid defensively. It was a great team effort.”
