Dairy Queen is celebrating summer with returning favorites and new savory options. The Oreo dirt Pie Blizzard Treat makes its comeback after three years.
For those craving something other than sweets, Dairy Queen is introducing the Buffalo Sauced & Tossed chicken Strip Basket, offering a spicy and tangy flavor. A Honey BBQ version is also available. Each basket includes four white meat chicken strips, fries, Texas toast, and a dipping sauce.
The company is focusing on popular menu items and expanding both domestically and internationally. Currently,American Dairy Queen Corporation has over 7,700 restaurants in more than 20 countries,with over 4,100 in the United States. The brand is also growing in China, with over 1,600 locations. Last year, the first “DQ Blizzard & Burgers” restaurants opened, featuring hot food alongside treats. There are currently three such restaurants in Shanghai, with plans to reach 180 locations by 2034.
Dairy Queen is also committed to using cage-free eggs globally by the end of 2025, requiring its suppliers to adhere to this standard.
