Des Moines Area Real estate Market Sees Million-Dollar Deals
The Des Moines area real estate market continues to see significant activity, with several million-dollar transactions recorded recently in polk and Dallas counties. These deals encompass residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, reflecting a diverse and dynamic market.
In Grimes, Shane and Raven Kline acquired a newly constructed house on 1.2 acres for $1.67 million from Kimberley Development Corp. The 3,493-square-foot residence is located on N.W. Brookefield Court.Eric and Alicia Henderson purchased a two-story home in Johnston for $1.1 million. The 3,672-square-foot house, built in 2014, is situated on N.W. 73rd Place.
