The Dame Dash financial⁤ woes ‍stem from a 2019 defamation and copyright ⁤infringement lawsuit filed by filmmaker Josh Webber.⁢ In 2022,Webber was awarded $823,284 in damages,which ‌Dash has failed to pay. Consequently, a U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert W. Lehrburger issued a ruling mandating Dash and his company, Poppington LLC, to⁢ surrender key assets.
