The Dame Dash financial woes stem from a 2019 defamation and copyright infringement lawsuit filed by filmmaker Josh Webber. In 2022,Webber was awarded $823,284 in damages, which Dash has failed to pay. Consequently, a U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert W. Dash and his legal team have until June 16 to file an objection to the federal forfeiture ruling.
