About Integral Dance
Integral Dance is a unique bodywork practice blending free dance, expressive movement, and personal growth. This workshop is specifically tailored for women seeking to empower themselves through enhanced self-knowledge, creative expression, and improved communication skills. Participants will explore their bodies - both physically and emotionally – and uncover hidden potential through the power of music, nature, art, and life experiences.
Registration & Fees
Registration for the workshop opens on August 1, 2026, and closes on January 15, 2026. The workshop fee is €20 for residents of Valle de Egues and €30 for non-residents. Secure your spot by completing the registration process through the Valle de Egues electronic office.
Payment is required at the time of registration. Priority will be given to registered residents of Valle de Egues, with places allocated in the order of registration. Confirmation will be sent via email (please check your spam or junk folder). Full refunds will be issued if a place cannot be offered. Cancellations will recieve a 50% refund of the paid amount.
