November 20, 2024 Catherine Williams - Chief Editor Health

Danny Jones from McFly has shared his long-standing struggle with anxiety, which began in his teenage years. In a recent episode of I’m A Celeb, he opened up to his campmates while discussing his tattoos that read “Don’t worry, be happy.” He explained, “It’s because I’m always constantly worrying, but that’s what I’m working on.”

Jones confirmed he has been in therapy for anxiety since he turned 19. He recalled a panic attack he experienced during a live interview, stating, “I was freaking out and I couldn’t answer the question that got asked to me.” This emotional moment resonated with others, including Tulisa Contostavlos, who praised the importance of being vulnerable and expressing feelings.

Celebrities discussing mental health on platforms like I’m A Celeb can help many viewers. During the episode, Tulisa candidly discussed her identity as demisexual, encouraging others to recognize their feelings.
