Jakarta - Bank Mandiri’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) in Jakarta on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, resulted in key leadership changes.
Directorate Appointments and Departures
Shareholders acknowledged the service of Deputy President Director Alexandra Askandar and appointed Riduan as the new deputy President Director. Riduan previously held the position of Director of Corporate Banking.
The AGM also saw the departure of several directors, including Agus Dwi Handaya, Director of Compliance and HR; Aquarius Rudianto, Director of Network Banking and Retail Banking; Toni EB Subari, Director of Operations; Rohan Hafas, Director of Institutional Relations; and Sigit Prastowo, Director of Finance and Strategy.
Mochamad Rizaldi was appointed as the new Director of Corporate Banking. Ari Rizaldi was appointed as Director of Treasury & International Banking, and Novita was appointed as finance Director.
