Davis (13-0, ‍9 KOs), ‍the reigning WBO lightweight titleholder, secured the belt after a fourth-round knockout of Denys Berinchyk in February. De Los Santos (16-2, 14 KOs) is looking to rebound from a ⁢loss to Shakur ⁢Stevenson in November 2023 for the vacant WBC lightweight title.
