Death Toll Mounts: Israel Unleashes Fury of Airstrikes on Gaza

Israel stepped up airstrikes in West Asia. At least 75 people were killed in an air strike in Beit Lahia, Gaza. 16 people were killed in the attack on the refugee camp in Nusayrat. The building where medicines and hospital equipment were stored was destroyed in the bomb attack on Kamal Advan Hospital.

Many hospital staff were injured. At least 45 people, including six health workers, were killed in separate attacks in southern Lebanon on Thursday. Air strikes were also reported in Dahiya, near the capital Beirut. The attack came after Israel warned people to leave the area. Most of Gaza’s hospitals were closed due to the Israeli attack. Senior Hamas leader Tahir Nunu said the release of the hostages would not be possible without a complete withdrawal of troops from Gaza. He was answering the mediating countries who offered a month-long truce in exchange for the release of a few hostages.
