While the technology itself isn’t new, its increasing sophistication and accessibility are raising alarms. The concern isn’t simply about spotting fakes, but a deeper “crisis of knowing” – a destabilization of how societies establish truth and knowledge, as noted by researchers at UNESCO.

How Deepfakes Work and How to Spot Them

The original video featuring Dr. Li, from December 2018, showcased his research on the body’s natural healing processes and the impact of food on various diseases.
