Recipe: Potato Galette
Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes thinly.
- Toss slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Arrange the potato slices in a circular pattern on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired. Serve warm.
Recipe: Eclair Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- 1 container whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate frosting
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix pudding and milk. Stir until thick.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Add another layer of crackers.
- Spread the rest of the pudding mixture on top.
- Finish with a layer of graham crackers.
- Heat chocolate frosting in the microwave for a few seconds. Pour over the final layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy chilled.
