Actress and “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Denise Richards has filed a court motion seeking to dismiss her estranged husband Aaron Phypers‘ request for half of the income she earns on the platform “OnlyFans.” According to TV3, Phypers claims he is entitled to half of these earnings because he helped Richards create the account and took the majority of the photographs.
Richards argues that Phypers’ request should be denied because he has failed to submit an updated income and expense declaration and has missed the deadline for doing so. The actress believes her ex-husband’s negligence is grounds for dismissing his claim.
