Jakarta’s Deputy Governor Rano Karno oversaw the departure of 654 people participating in a free homecoming program to the Thousand Islands. Thirteen ships were dispatched by the Jakarta Provincial Government, carrying the 654 participants to 11 islands within the Thousand Islands archipelago.
