Dessie’s joy extended to his grandchildren, Jake (and his partner Jade), Jana, and Priya, and his great-grandson, Arthur, who brought immense happiness to his life.
he was a cherished brother to Brendan, Maurice John, Bridie, and Josie. Dessie was predeceased by his first wife, Mary (née O’Brien), and her memory remained a meaningful part of his life. Funeral Arrangements and Viewing Data
The family has made arrangements for those wishing to pay their respects to Dessie. He will repose at Swift and McCaffrey Funeral Home, Lisnaskea, BT92 0LA, on Sunday, August 10th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and again on Monday, August 11th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The removal of Dessie’s remains from the funeral home will take place on tuesday morning, August 12th, at 10:30 AM. The cortege will proceed to St. Mary’s Church in Maguiresbridge for a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Following the Mass, Dessie will be laid to rest in the adjoining cemetery.
