Deutz-Fahr Expands⁢ Dealer Network in Ireland, targeting Cork and Galway

Two new dealerships will bring the iconic ⁣tractor brand closer to‍ Irish farmers.

Deutz-Fahr,⁢ the‍ renowned tractor brand ‌distributed by SDF in ⁤Ireland, is strengthening its presence in the⁤ country‍ with the addition of ​two new⁤ dealerships. This expansion underscores the company’s commitment to providing Irish farmers with​ reliable machinery and remarkable service.

Kearney Bros⁣ Agri,located in Acres,Fermoy,will serve southern ‌Cork.⁢ While the Kearney name has been synonymous​ with Deutz and Fahr since the 1970s, this new​ venture, Kearney⁣ Bros agri Ltd, was established in ‌2009 by Eoin Kearney and Kevin‌ O’Keefe.”We’re​ excited⁣ to bring the Deutz-Fahr brand back ⁣to southern Cork,” said Eoin Kearney. “Our team has‌ a deep understanding of the agricultural industry and a commitment to ⁣providing our customers with the best⁣ possible service.”

Kevin ⁢O’Keefe⁤ will oversee⁣ the service department, while Stephen Kearney ‌will ⁣manage parts. Neilus Kearney,⁣ father ​to the brothers and one of the original founders of the family business, will also be involved.

The dealership’s experience in importing used⁢ machinery and its well-equipped workshop, combined with an established customer ‍base, positions them well to serve ‌the needs of local farmers.

Meanwhile, in County‍ Galway, MH Services, ‌owned by Mike⁣ Hughes, will represent Deutz-Fahr. Based in Cummer, Hughes brings valuable experience to the role, having served his apprenticeship with ‌a local Same/Hurlimann tractor​ dealer.

“I’m⁤ thrilled to be partnering with Deutz-Fahr,” ​said Hughes. “I’ve always admired the ⁢brand’s‍ quality and reliability, and I’m looking forward to providing farmers in Galway ⁤with the same level of service I’ve built my business on.”

Hughes has been operating MH Services since 2011,importing and servicing tractors and⁢ cultivating a⁤ strong ⁤customer⁤ base. SDF believes⁤ his expertise and dedication will make him a ‌valuable‍ asset to the ‌Galway farming ‌community.
