Diddy Trial: Aide Claims Kidnapping Over Kid Cudi Feud
NEW YORK — Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking trial took a dramatic turn as Capricorn Clark, a former aide, testified that the hip-hop mogul kidnapped her at gunpoint in 2011. Clark stated Combs forced her to join him in a confrontation with rapper Kid Cudi, whose real name is Scott Mescudi.
Clark recounted that combs arrived at her residence, armed, and demanded she accompany him, saying, “Get dressed, we’re going to kill Mescudi.” Kid Cudi testified last week regarding the alleged incident.

During her testimony, Clark, at times tearful, described her relationship with Combs as “complicated.” She said she had warned Cassie, combs’ former girlfriend, about dating Cudi, even purchasing a burner phone for her, fearing Combs’ reaction. “The way she was moving, she was going to get us all killed,” Clark said.
Clark told the court that Combs was “furious” when he arrived at her home with a gun. Despite her protests, she said he responded, “I don’t give a f**k what you want to do.” She stated she was driven to a property in the Hollywood Hills in a black cadillac, where she waited in the car while Combs entered the residence.Clark then called Cassie, warning her that Combs was on his way to kill Cudi.
According to Clark, Cudi could be heard in the background asking, “He’s in my house?” Following the incident, Clark alleged that Combs threatened her and Cassie, warning them not to speak to the police and to convince Cudi to remain silent as well, or he would “kill all you.”
Clark further testified that after the incident,Combs physically assaulted Cassie, repeatedly kicking her while she was in a fetal position. She said combs threatened to harm her if she intervened.
Earlier in her testimony, Clark detailed her initial employment with Combs and Bad Boy Records in 2004. She said that after learning she had previously worked for Suge Knight‘s Death Row Records, Combs told her “if anything happened, he would have to kill me,” a threat she took seriously.
Clark also recounted an incident where missing diamond jewelry led to her being subjected to multiple lie detector tests over five days. She said she was told that if she failed, she would be thrown into the East River. Combs was not present during the tests and never discussed them with her.
the Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs trial also included Clark’s mention of a perceived threat made to 50 Cent’s manager and an incident in 2006 where Combs allegedly prevented her from leaving his Miami home, stating, “Your problem is you want a life, and you can’t have that here.”
The trial continues, with testimony expected from Los Angeles police and fire officials. Combs,55,faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty. If convicted, he could face between 15 years and life in prison.
