Discover Manchester’s New Private Snooker Lounge: FOMO on Millow Street
A new snooker lounge called FOMO has opened in Manchester, located on Millow Street. It features seven rooms of various sizes, accommodating up to 20 people in the largest room.
Each room is equipped with a 70-inch TV, a PlayStation 5, table tennis, and snooker tables. The lounge serves food and non-alcoholic drinks due to the owners’ religious background.
Brothers Ahmed and Moha Ali, from Manchester, founded FOMO. They are known in the local football scene, having played for the Somali national team. Ahmed got the idea for FOMO while in Birmingham, where private snooker lounges are popular among young people.
Ahmed explained that he wanted to create a place in Manchester that offers privacy, as existing options can feel crowded. Although many people inquire about alcohol sales, he emphasizes that this choice is a principle for them. They aim to welcome people from different backgrounds and create a safe space.
Bookings are advised, but walk-ins are also accepted. More information is available on their website.
