District Council & Youth Day 2025: Update Documents

Schwanstetten to Host District Youth and District Day
Schwanstetten, Germany – The annual District Youth Day and District Day will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the municipal hall, Rathausplatz 2, 90596 Schwanstetten. The District Youth Day is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m., followed by the District Day at 10 a.m.
District Council Participation
Participation in the District Council meeting is mandatory for all associations within the district, as stipulated by the district’s statutes.
Voting Requirements
Associations wishing to vote during the District Youth Day and District Day must present a power of attorney. This document must be issued by the board of directors of the main association, granting representation rights as outlined in § 17 Number 10 of the Articles of Association. The power of attorney form is available for download on the BTTV homepage.

Final documents pertaining to the District Council meeting were published on the district homepage no later than May 3, 2025, two weeks prior to the event.
