DJ Fat Tony Injured, Cancels London Gig After Onstage incident
Popular DJ and podcaster Anthony Marnoch, known professionally as DJ Fat tony, was forced to cancel a London performance after sustaining facial injuries at a gig in Kent.
Marnoch, who performed at Lido Margate on Friday, took to Instagram on Saturday to share the news with fans. A video accompanying the post showed visible bruising and swelling around his eye.
“I was hurt last night at a gig,” Marnoch wrote, adding that he had received treatment at a hospital’s A&E unit.
The incident forced the DJ to cancel his Saturday show at No90 Hackney Wick in London, leaving fans disappointed.
“I’m really sorry that I won’t be seeing you tonight but we will reschedule everything,” Marnoch said in his post. “Big love guys – I’m just gutted, really gutted.”
Marnoch assured fans that he was “under doctors’ orders” to rest and recover, adding that he would be “OK” and “on the mend.” He promised to reschedule the London show for January and expressed his apologies, wishing fans a happy Christmas.
The DJ, a familiar face on the UK social scene, is known for his appearances alongside celebrities like reality TV star Gemma Collins and singer Claire Sweeney.

DJ Fat Tony: I’m still a bit shaken up and sore, but thankfully the doctors say I’ll be okay. They’ve put me under strict orders to rest and recover.
ND3: This unfortunately forced you to cancel your show at No90 Hackney Wick. How disappointed are you to have had to let your fans down?
DJ Fat tony: I’m absolutely gutted. I hate letting people down, especially when I was so looking forward to the London show.
ND3: What can fans expect regarding the rescheduled performance?
DJ Fat Tony: I’ve already started looking into rescheduling for January, and I promise everyone who bought tickets will get a chance to see the show.
