DJI said the Osmo Nano is targeted at sports recording, vlogging, and outdoor activities, as the company seeks to expand the use cases of portable imaging devices.

- Osmo Nano features an omnidirectional magnetic interface that supports dual-sided attachment, allowing quick switching between selfie and third-person perspectives. With accessories such as magnetic hat clips, lanyards, chest straps, and headbands, the camera can be mounted on helmet visors, collars, bicycle frames, or even pet collars. It can be attached to the front of a helmet to capture first-person cycling footage, or fixed to a chest strap to record a cooking process—enabling creation without the need to hold the device.
