Award Categories and Recipients
The DNCC presented the awards at a ceremony held at the DNCC Nagar Bhaban conference room in Gulshan-2. The awards were given in eight different categories, acknowledging a diverse range of achievements.
individual Awardees
The three individuals recognized with the Nagorik Padak-2025 are:
- Abdur Rashid Sohag,founder and chief executive of Pupil School.
- Dr. Md. Enamul Haque, Professor of Zoology at Dhaka University.
- Rashed Khan Menon, a veteran politician and former minister.
Organizational Awardees
The five organizations honored with the Nagorik Padak-2025 are:

Significance of the Nagorik Padak
