Borussia Dortmund offensive player Samuele Inácio has formalized his professional representation by signing with the agency Excellence Sport. The agency announced the partnership on May 11, 2026, via Instagram.
The 18-year-old Italian had previously not listed a representative. Excellence Sport also manages the career of German international Pascal Groß.
The move to professional representation comes as Inácio establishes himself within the BVB squad. The youngster has featured in five Bundesliga matches, including two appearances where he played the full 90 minutes.
On May 8, 2026, Inácio recorded his first Bundesliga goal during a 3-2 home victory against Eintracht Frankfurt.
Following the match on May 8, 2026, trainer Niko Kovač praised the player’s contribution and work ethic during a DAZN interview.
With Samuele, I have to be careful not to raise too many expectations, but the boy has shown today and in recent games: he wants to, he does, he makes it happen, he fights and works against the ball. He can do a lot with the ball – he has already created many chances in recent games.

Kovač further indicated that Inácio could be a successor to Julian Brandt, who is departing the club at the end of the season.
Beyond his new representation, Inácio is reportedly nearing a new agreement with Borussia Dortmund. His current contract is valid until 2027.
According to reporting from Ruhr24 and transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, negotiations for a contract extension are close to completion. The remaining point of discussion is the duration of the new contract, with the club and player weighing an expiration date of either 2030 or 2031.
