The case involved Mr. Chotinarin Jeong, who was accused ⁢of defrauding the salary for a concert tour in 5 countries (Norway-Sweden-Switzerland-Belgium, Germany) from August​ 12 to 18, 2024, including 5 ⁤shows at a price of 1.2 million baht. However, ​he did not return‍ the money⁣ according to ‌the agreement, leading to a ⁢complaint of defamation.

After negotiating for more than 2 hours, Mr. Chotinarin Jeong admitted his guilt⁤ due to mistakes in planning and management of the concert ‍system. He took responsibility for⁣ the accusations made by the artists and apologized to the three artists for causing them to lose reputation.
