Garrett Mitchell, widely recognized as Cleetus McFarland, is scheduled to make his NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series (NOAPS) debut on April 4, 2026, at Rockingham Speedway.

Mitchell will pilot the No. 33 Tommy’s Express Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing (RCR). The car joins RCR’s championship-winning NOAPS program as a third entry.

The debut is supported by Tommy’s Express, a national car wash chain that operates more than 270 locations across Canada, France, and the United States, including 37 U.S. States.

Driver Transition and Team Integration

Mitchell, a native of Bradenton, Florida, is transitioning from a digital presence to professional stock car racing. He has built a following of more than 4.6 million YouTube subscribers through his content and his ownership of the Freedom Factory race track.

Mitchell expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work under the guidance of RCR leadership in Welcome, North Carolina, specifically mentioning Danny Lawrence, Mike Verlander, and Richard Childress.

Regarding the partnership with Tommy’s Express, Mitchell stated that the company is a fast-forward brand that understands speed, performance, and connecting with people, which aligns with his current objectives.

Racing Resume and Recent Experience

The move to the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series follows a series of starts in other NASCAR-sanctioned divisions. Mitchell began building his professional resume in 2025 when he made his first ARCA Menards Series start driving for Rette Jones Racing.

Racing Resume and Recent Experience

During his 2025 ARCA campaign, Mitchell secured top-10 finishes at both Charlotte Motor Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway.

More recently, Mitchell expanded his experience into the NASCAR Truck Series. In February 2026, he made his debut in that series at Daytona International Speedway, again driving for Rette-Jones Racing.

Sponsorship and Program Scale

The inclusion of the No. 33 Chevrolet as a third entry highlights the expansion of RCR’s efforts within the NOAPS. The team’s program is characterized as championship-winning, providing a high-performance environment for Mitchell’s debut.

The partnership with Tommy’s Express brings a sponsor with over 50 years of innovation in the car wash industry to the team. The brand’s extensive footprint across North America and France provides a broad commercial backdrop for Mitchell’s entry into the second-tier of NASCAR competition.
