Garrett Mitchell, widely recognized as Cleetus McFarland, is scheduled to make his NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series (NOAPS) debut on April 4, 2026, at Rockingham Speedway.
Mitchell will pilot the No. 33 Tommy’s Express Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing (RCR). The car joins RCR’s championship-winning NOAPS program as a third entry.
The debut is supported by Tommy’s Express, a national car wash chain that operates more than 270 locations across Canada, France, and the United States, including 37 U.S. States.
Driver Transition and Team Integration
Mitchell, a native of Bradenton, Florida, is transitioning from a digital presence to professional stock car racing. He has built a following of more than 4.6 million YouTube subscribers through his content and his ownership of the Freedom Factory race track.

Racing Resume and Recent Experience
The move to the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series follows a series of starts in other NASCAR-sanctioned divisions. Mitchell began building his professional resume in 2025 when he made his first ARCA Menards Series start driving for Rette Jones Racing.

During his 2025 ARCA campaign, Mitchell secured top-10 finishes at both Charlotte Motor Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway.
More recently, Mitchell expanded his experience into the NASCAR Truck Series. In February 2026, he made his debut in that series at Daytona International Speedway, again driving for Rette-Jones Racing.
