Exhibition Highlights
The exhibition includes a painting by Sanfourche from 1995, commemorating the twinning relationship between Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat and its sister city. A particularly striking piece is a diptych created by Kiddy Citny, known as the first artist to paint on the Berlin Wall, risking arrest in the process. Citny created this work directly on the stage of the Cultural Center.
A important portion of the collection comprises 21 works from the Franco-German group Plakat Wand Kunst, all in the 36 x 26 cm format. These pieces reflect major movements in contemporary art.
Featured artists within the Plakat Wand Kunst collection include Christiane Bricka, Camille Claus, Catherine Gangloff, Zuzana Jaczova, Bernard Latuner, Germain Roesz, Jacques Thomann, and Raymond E. Waydelich.

Mayor Jacky Keller and Germain Roesz shared details about the exhibition during the opening on sunday, December 18, 2023.the exhibition runs from Tuesday, January 6, to Friday, February 13, 2024, during the Cultural Center’s regular opening hours.
A special viewing will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with Germain Roesz in attendance. Admission is free.
