DSG: Turkish Military Base Near DSG Targeted by UAV
Syrian Democratic Forces Report Airstrike Near Tabqa
The Syrian Democratic Forces (DSG) announced that a military position belonging to them near the Sevra (Devrim) area, south of the city of Tabqa in eastern Syria, was bombed from the air on January 10, 2026.
The DSG stated that the attack caused material damage and blamed Turkey for the strike.
According to the DSG, the attack was carried out by a Turkish drone.Reuters and The Associated Press have reported on ongoing tensions between Turkey and kurdish forces in Syria.
The Turkish Ministry of Defence has not yet issued a statement regarding the incident.
