DTEX Systems Enhances Insider Risk Management for Snapdragon-Powered Windows PCs

SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 18, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — DTEX Systems, a leader in insider risk management, announced support for Windows PCs using Snapdragon® X Series platforms. This advancement will help organizations improve security and efficiency with AI-powered devices.

DTEX offers a human-centric solution called InTERCEPT™, which detects potential insider risks early, preventing data breaches. Microsoft employs Snapdragon processors in Windows PCs, which are favored for their performance and long battery life. These processors include Neural Processing Units (NPUs) that handle AI tasks efficiently.

By supporting Snapdragon’s instruction set, DTEX allows businesses to monitor insider risks on these devices. The InTERCEPT platform provides real-time monitoring of AI tool usage, safeguarding sensitive data and identifying risks before breaches occur. This integration merges AI capabilities with strong security practices.

Rajan Koo, CTO of DTEX Systems, expressed excitement about collaborating with Qualcomm Technologies to enhance customer security. He noted that DTEX enables customers to innovate with AI without compromising their intellectual property.

DTEX is the first insider risk management vendor to support AI-powered PCs. This partnership allows for on-device monitoring, enabling businesses to utilize AI features while keeping control of their data.

Rami Husseini, Director of Product Management at Qualcomm Technologies, highlighted the importance of DTEX’s insider risk management in protecting enterprise intellectual property.

Upcoming updates to DTEX’s platform will allow devices to process AI inputs directly, enhancing security and providing faster, private insights into insider risks.

For those interested in DTEX’s innovations and a glimpse of their AI governance capabilities, they will be at the Qualcomm booth during Microsoft Ignite from November 19–22. A live demonstration of DTEX’s latest innovations will also take place at CES in Las Vegas from January 7–10, 2025.
