SYDNEY (AP) — Dua lipa is keeping her word to spotlight local music during her “Radical Optimism” tour. at her March 26 performance at teh Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney,Australia,she performed a rendition of INXS’s classic hit,”Never Tear Us Apart.”
Lipa, 29, launched her world tour on march 17 at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne.Staying true to her commitment to celebrate Australian artists, she and her band previously covered AC/DC’s iconic “Highway to Hell.”
“Australia is full of extraordinary musicians,” Lipa told the audience in Melbourne. “So we thought that we were going to do things big from the start.”
A party of Australian Music
As the tour’s commencement, Lipa has continued to showcase Australian talent. Her setlists have included covers of:
