Dubai Real Estate Market Sees $3.1B in Sales Transactions
Dubai’s property market witnessed a surge in activity between June 9 and June 13, with sales transactions totaling AED11.24 billion ($3.1 billion), according to data released by the Land Department. The figures highlight the meaningful role Dubai plays in the global real estate landscape.
The Land Department reported a total of 3,521 sales transactions during the week. Mortgage deals also played a significant role, reaching AED3.21 billion ($874 million). Gift transactions were valued at AED1.12 billion ($305 million) during the same period.
Among the most expensive properties sold, according to the Land Department website, were several high-end apartments in the Jumeirah area:
- An apartment in Aman Residences – Tower 1 in jumeirah sold for AED126 million ($34.5 million).
- An apartment in Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay in Jumeirah sold for AED93 million ($25.5 million).
- Another apartment in Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay in Jumeirah sold for AED90 million ($24.5 million).
