Duck Dynasty: Ducky Daycare & Bigfoot Hunt Recap
Willie Robertson’s Semi-Retirement Sparks Duck Dynasty Family Fun
Willie robertson’s declaration of “fully semi-retired” status is shaking things up on “Duck Dynasty: The revival.” The June 8 episode showcased the Duck Commander’s newfound free time, which he decided to dedicate to watching his seven grandchildren. The duck Dynasty revival promises more family antics.
Korie Robertson, along with other family members, expressed initial reservations about Willie, nicknamed “Dubs,” handling the childcare duties solo. Korie implemented a backup plan, enlisting Chrys, or “2 Mama,” to supervise from a distance. Willie, seeing this as an opportunity to impart duck hunting wisdom, introduced the youngsters to duck calls and even brought outdoor foliage inside.
The adventure continued with a field trip to the golf course, where Willie aimed to teach the children about golf and gambling. The kids enjoyed themselves on the green, while Willie shared a life lesson: “Golf is like life. It’s a hard game.”
Meanwhile,Korie sought creative input from Uncle Si for her production company. Si’s ideas ranged from alien battles to private detective work and even a Bigfoot documentary. Si recounted his alleged encounter with Bigfoot, claiming, “He was 10-feet tall, and I was looking into the Devil’s eye.” Korie found potential in the Bigfoot concept.
The Robertson women gathered for a Mahjong game, while the men engaged in a heated pickleball tournament. Christian Huff took the competition seriously, sporting batting gloves. The tournament culminated in a face-off between Huff and Jacob Mayo, with Huff ultimately losing and taking a plunge into a chilly pond with a temperature of 50.3 degrees.
Later, Korie found Willie and the grandkids enjoying ice cream at the golf course, unaware that one of the children, Sheppy, had briefly wandered off.Despite the minor mishap, the family reunited after their individual adventures.
