Zehra met the patient, who was visibly breathless and on high-flow oxygen. Despite his condition, he extended his hand to her, a gesture she reciprocated. The patient, a 31-year-old married father of a 3-month-old girl, described experiencing a cough, bloody sputum, and shortness of breath that had worsened over the past month. A chest X-ray revealed pleural effusion, and cytology indicated malignant cells.
