OPPO’s upcoming Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max smartphones are heading to Europe on October 21, with leaked pricing pointing to a steep increase over previous generations, according to a report from Dealabs. The regular Find X10 is priced at €1,499 for the 12GB/512GB configuration, while the Find X10 Pro Max will cost €1,799 in France. That puts the Find X10 roughly €500 higher than last year’s equivalent Find X9 model.
European Prices Exceed Chinese Market Rates
The latest pricing marks a dramatic jump from the Chinese market rates. When OPPO debuted the Find X10 Pro Max in China last month, prices started at CNY 6,799, which translates to roughly $1,006. Dealabs reported that European buyers face a significantly higher entry point, with the Pro Max reaching €1,799 (about $2,023). Meanwhile, the standard Find X10 model starts at €1,499 (about $1,686) for its sole listed configuration.
Hardware Differences Between Regions
European consumers will also see hardware downgrades compared to the versions released in China. Both European Find X10 models feature 7,150mAh batteries, which is a reduction from the 8,000mAh cells found in the Chinese editions. Regional configurations will not include 16GB RAM options in Europe, despite OPPO offering those larger memory capacities in its domestic market.
AI Demand Drives up Component Costs
The report points to soaring RAM and storage costs fueled by growing artificial intelligence demand as a likely factor behind the pricing surge, though OPPO has not officially confirmed this link.
Launch Discounts and Bundled Promotions
To offset the steep price tags, OPPO plans to introduce several promotions when the devices launch. The regular Find X10 could see a €150 discount, while the Pro Max is slated for a €200 reduction, lowering their respective prices to €1,349 and €1,599. Buyers will also have the option to select a free teleconverter kit, an OPPO Pad 5, or a Watch X3 as part of the launch bundles.
OPPO has confirmed that the Find X10 Pro Max will reach international markets on October 21, though official region-wide European pricing remains unannounced ahead of the release date.
