However, the meeting was adjourned due to insufficient attendance by debtors and proxies, failing to form a quorum.
The meeting, initially scheduled for redemption, was postponed to allow for additional collateral to be obtained. Despite the efforts, the required number of attendees was not met, prompting the chairman to adjourn the meeting. The meeting of bondholders has been rescheduled for October 1, 2024, at 10:00 am, with the agenda remaining unchanged.
