■How to apply
Counter application start date: October 21st (Monday) 13:00
Counter application location: Seishin Central Hall 1st floor hall office
*You can line up from 30 minutes before the reception start time (12:30).
Telephone application start date: October 22nd (Tuesday) from 10:00
Phone number: 078-995-5638 (Reception hours: 10:00~20:00)
*Payment must be made at the hall counter within one week after applying by phone.
Please note that if payment is not received within one week, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
*Reception will be closed on a first-come, first-served basis once the capacity is reached.
■Notes (Please be sure to check the following before participating.)
-Applicable to individuals or groups with piano experience. Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian.
・Entry will be limited to 10 people per group. Accompanying people are also included in the number of people.
・We will guide you into the hall once the number of users has been gathered. If someone is running late, please let the staff know.
・Applications are limited to 2 slots per group. (If there is space on the day, you can apply additionally.)
・Usage time is 50 minutes when using one slot, and 110 minutes when using two slots consecutively. Our staff will notify you when the session starts and ends.
・No other musical instruments may be brought in. Please refrain from using it for ensembles and choirs.
– Eating and drinking are not allowed on stage, but hydration is possible in the audience seats. Please refrain from eating.
・Piano tuning will not be performed at this event.
・Please refrain from cleaning the piano as the hall staff will do this.
・The position of the piano and the opening of the top plate are fixed.
・If you need a footstool, please bring it with you.
・Using this event for the purpose of presentations, paid lessons, etc. is prohibited.
・If you cancel your application after it has been applied, we will not issue a refund.
・If we discover and determine that you are not following the precautions, or are engaging in dangerous behavior or behavior that may cause damage to the piano, you will be asked to leave the venue even during usage hours.
