President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi of Egypt and Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman spoke Tuesday about the need to de-escalate tensions between Israel and Iran. Al-Sisi cautioned against widening the conflict, emphasizing a return to negotiations to prevent further bloodshed.
