Port Said, Egypt – The long-awaited new egyptian club Stadium is on track for completion in June 2025, bringing a much-needed boost to the city of Port Said. congressman Mahmoud Hussein, Chairman of the House of Representatives Youth and Sports Committee, confirmed the news during a press conference held at the Port Said governorate General Office.
“This project is a gift from President Abdel fattah El-Sisi to the people of Port Said,” Hussein declared, highlighting the President’s commitment to the city’s development.the new stadium will be built on the same site as the old one, a decision made in response to the wishes of the Port Said community. Hussein expressed his gratitude to President El-Sisi, Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sovi, and Port Said Governor Major general Maheb Habashi for their dedication to the project.
“I want to thank everyone involved for their hard work and support,” Hussein said, extending an invitation to Governor Habashi to visit the construction site and witness the progress firsthand.
The Congressman emphasized the importance of regular monitoring of the project, stating that monthly meetings will be held to ensure its timely completion.This new stadium promises to be a source of pride for Port Said, providing a modern and remarkable venue for sporting events and community gatherings.
