Teh Schoagabühne’s latest theatrical production,”Kuh mit Krönchen,” premiered to a sold-out audience in Eisenberg,Austria,on Saturday evening,March 15,2025.
A Hilarious premise Unfolds
The play, set in eisenberg an der Pinka, centers around the Aumüller family, Klara (Gabi Weber) and Waldemar (Gerhard Posch), whose struggling farm could be saved by a prize-winning cow. Though, their best cow, Anni, is kidnapped by zealous animal rights activists.
The local, and somewhat inept, village policeman (Otmar Weber) is called in, but he is unable to prevent the cancellation of their participation in the crucial Milchkuhschau, or milk cow show. A new plan is hatched: their daughter Steffi (Lilly Hanak) will compete for the title of Milchkönigin, or milk queen.
Enter Alex pallinger (Berthold Schlaffer), a self-proclaimed “Kuhfitter” or cow stylist, tasked with transforming Steffi. Unluckily, his bovine-tested methods leave the once-lovely farm girl looking, well, less than queenly. The older daughter, Mia (Maria Weber), must then step in to save the day.

The amateur actors of the Theaterverein Eisenberg an der Pinka, under the direction of Herbert Weber, delivered a performance filled with humor and wit.
