For Chambers, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial. Her self-care tips include therapy, journaling, and physical activity. “Therapy with the right therapist, journaling, and when in doubt, walking it out,” she said. She also aims for a daily routine of walking four to five miles and an hour of weightlifting with her trainer, Kirsten Stallone.
Chambers also follows a specific morning routine. “I drink hot water with lemon, followed by organic celery juice, and then GT Dave’s Trilogy kombucha before 8 a.m.,” she revealed. She also incorporates a “face freeze,” submerging her face in ice-cold water to reduce inflammation and enhance hair shine.
As the owner of BIRD Bakery, Chambers balances her healthy diet with her love for sweets. She believes in moderation and emphasizes the importance of protein intake.”If I’m going to eat 9 cupcakes in a day, a protein base is key,” Chambers noted.
