The CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk, who supported the Democratic Party until the last presidential election, turned into a staunch supporter of former President Donald Trump in this presidential election.

Why on earth is Musk supporting Trump, who is adamant about supporting electric vehicles and seemingly uninterested in freedom of the press?

Since the autonomous driving business is not making progress due to current government regulations, it has been declared that it will be commercialized in 2026.

There is also a view that if Trump is elected, he would announce the timetable in advance to benefit from overcoming regulations.

However, Trump expressed his will for deep regulatory reform, saying he will repeal 10 of them for every regulation he creates.
