In 2020, Eminem confronted Hughes after he broke into his home using a brick. Eminem restrained Hughes until police arrived. Hughes pleaded guilty to second-degree home invasion and received five years probation. Prior to that,Hughes had been arrested for trespassing at two othre properties looking for Eminem.
