Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Launches Nusk Enaya Project
Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Abdel Fattah Suleiman Mashat, recently met with Dr. Hatim Al-Marzouki, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hajj and Umrah Charitable Society, to discuss the “Nusk Enaya” project.
The Deputy Minister praised the efforts of the Hajj and Umrah Charitable Society in the “Nusk Care” project, highlighting its contribution to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goal of hosting more pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims. The project facilitates the arrival of pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims at the Two Holy Mosques, providing high-quality services that enhance their religious and cultural experience.
About the Nusk Enaya Project

The project aims to spread awareness about the journey of pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims using the latest technology and methods.
The initiative focuses on guidance and counseling, receiving and responding to complaints and reports, and providing directions to sites related to specific services. These services include assistance in using the Nusk application and Tawakkalna application, caring for the elderly and disabled, and services provided to visitors of the Two Holy Mosques.
Project Statistics
During the last Hajj season, the project provided over 4.4 million services through 143 service sites, ranging from land, sea, and air borders to Makkah and Madinah. The project enables a unified umbrella to provide guidance, guidance, distribution, and gifting services to destinations in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
