Fourth “Shi Yuanqing Inspirational Scholarship” Award Ceremony Held in Guzhang County Furong School

Huasheng Online, September 7 – The fourth “Shi Yuanqing Inspirational Scholarship” award ceremony was held at Guzhang County Furong School on the morning of September 6. Guzhang County CPPCC Chairman Song Zulin presided over the ceremony.

Yao Zujun, deputy head of Guzhang County, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Shi Yong and other caring people who care about the development of education in his hometown. He firmly believes that Guzhang’s education will develop better and better with the help of caring people from all walks of life, the care of leaders at all levels, and the joint efforts of educators across the county.

Tian Zhujun, director of the Guzhang County Education and Sports Bureau, announced the list of winners of the 4th “Shi Yuanqing Inspirational Scholarship”. Students and parents went on stage to receive the awards.

Li Zewei, a student representative who received the “Shi Yuanqing Inspirational Scholarship”, said that this scholarship is not only a material support, but also a spiritual motivation and inspiration. It made him feel the care and expectations of all sectors of society for students, and also strengthened his determination to study hard and pursue his dreams.

Qian Ziqi, President of Beijing Boming Xinde Technology Co., Ltd., congratulated the award-winning students and hoped that they would study hard, cultivate their moral character, and become people who can contribute to the country and society in the future.

Shi Yong, founder of the “Shi Yuanqing Inspirational Scholarship” and counselor of the State Council, reviewed his father’s life experience. He encouraged the students to study hard and set high goals; to cherish this hard-won honor and always be grateful; to repay their parents, their alma mater, and their hometown with practical actions; and to make outstanding contributions to the development of their hometown with full enthusiasm and rich wisdom when they have achieved academic success in the future.

Ma Xueqing, deputy secretary of the Guzhang County Party Committee, advised the students to turn the help of caring people into motivation for study, strive for their ideals, achieve success in their studies and give back to society in the future.
