EPACK Group, an Indian conglomerate with interests in consumer durables, prefabricated technologies, EPS packaging, and petrochemicals, has appointed narayan Lodha as its executive director and group chief financial officer. The appointment is effective immediately.
Lodha, a seasoned finance professional, brings over 25 years of experience to the role. His expertise includes corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic planning. He will be responsible for shaping and executing EPACK Group’s financial strategy, driving fiscal discipline, and strengthening governance and compliance.
A qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Lodha has led large-scale IPOs, private equity placements, and debt fundraising. His experience spans renewable energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Before joining EPACK Group, he held leadership roles at Vikram Solar, Inox Wind, Ravindra Energy, and Indian Energy Exchange.
