QSYMIA and Weight Loss Variability
Individuals taking QSYMIA typically experience an average weight loss of 10%. However, Professor Natalie Jane Michael of Laval University emphasizes that results are highly variable. “The results are very variable,” she stated. “In some people, weight loss is negligible, while in others it can reach 20% of body weight.”
