New allegations surface regarding Donald Trump’s past⁤ interactions with Jeffrey Epstein’s former employee, with the⁤ White House strongly refuting the claims.

Epstein Accuser Recounts Uneasy⁣ Encounter with Trump

A former employee of convicted sex offender⁣ Jeffrey Epstein has come forward with allegations of an uncomfortable encounter involving Donald Trump in the 1990s. The woman,⁣ who worked for Epstein in 1995 and 1996, ⁢claims she was summoned to epstein’s Manhattan office one night and felt intimidated when Trump entered the room.

The accuser, ⁢identified as a woman in her mid-20s at the time, stated she was wearing running shorts ⁤when ⁣Trump, dressed in a suit, arrived. ‍She recounted feeling scared as Trump “hovered over her, staring at her bare legs.” According to her⁢ account, Epstein then entered the room and told Trump, “No, no. She’s not here for you.”

Following this exchange, the accuser⁣ claims she overheard Trump remark that he ⁢believed she was 16 years old.She told The New York Times,⁤ which ⁤published the story, ⁢that she had no‍ further alarming interactions with Trump and ⁢never witnessed him engage in inappropriate conduct with other girls or women.

White⁤ House Rejects Claims, Cites Trump’s Past Actions Against Epstein

In response⁤ to the allegations, White House communications director Steven Cheung issued a statement to The New York Times, asserting, “The president was never in his office,” referring to epstein. Cheung added,”The fact‍ is that the president⁣ kicked him out of his club for‍ being⁣ a creep.”

White House press ⁣secretary ⁤Karoline Leavitt echoed this sentiment, criticizing the reporting. “Dumb NYTimes reporters ⁤are desperately recycling news stories to try to link President Trump to ⁢Jeffrey Epstein,” Leavitt stated. “It’s not ⁢news that⁤ Epstein was a member of the Mar-a-Lago club, because it’s the same club Donald Trump kicked Epstein out of for being a creep. These stories are tired and pathetic attempts to distract from all the ⁢success of President Trump’s administration.”

Trump’s ⁣Shifting Stance on Epstein

The White⁣ House’s firm⁢ denial comes amidst a ⁤complex history of Trump’s relationship with Epstein. While Trump has publicly distanced himself from Epstein in recent years, his past associations⁤ have drawn⁣ scrutiny.

in 2002, Trump was ⁢quoted calling Epstein a “terrific guy,” and videos exist of ⁣the⁣ two men socializing in New York before Trump entered politics. However,by 2019,Trump repeatedly told ⁣journalists ‍he was “not a fan” of Epstein and claimed to have severed ties ‍two decades prior. Following ‍Epstein’s death in August 2019, ⁤Trump retweeted a post suggesting a connection between former US ⁤President Bill Clinton ⁣and Epstein’s death. Clinton has denied any knowledge of Epstein’s crimes or visits to his private island.

During his 2024 campaign, ⁢Trump has⁤ indicated a willingness to release federal files related to Epstein, ⁢responding to pressure from his base and supporters who suspect a broader cover-up involving powerful Democrats.

This latest⁤ report from The New York Times ⁢follows a wall Street Journal article from earlier in the week, which alleged that Trump sent Epstein a sexually suggestive birthday greeting in ⁣2003. ⁢trump has vehemently denied this report, calling it a hoax and filing defamation lawsuits ‍against the news organization and its owners, including Rupert Murdoch, seeking at least $10 billion.
