President Erdoğan⁤ addressed the ceremony, expressing his heartfelt gratitude ⁢to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, police, and gendarmes.

“The ‌police and ⁣gendarmerie are a source​ of pride for our country and nation,” he stated. “Their‍ tireless efforts ensure the ⁢security, peace, unity, and solidarity of 85 million people.”

He emphasized the crucial ⁢role of the police and⁣ gendarmerie in maintaining national security, saying,⁤ “If we live in unity and solidarity, if ​our ⁢children go to school without‌ fear, if our property, honor, and flag⁢ are secured, the lion’s share of this is yours.”
