Moriarty emphasized the⁣ varied ways autoimmune diseases can manifest. According to the Cleveland Clinic,Graves’ disease,a common ailment particularly among⁢ women under 40,leads to hyperthyroidism.⁤ Symptoms range from heat sensitivity and weight loss to⁢ tremors and irregular heartbeats.
