Errejón: Elisa Mouliaá Supports Second Sexual Assault Accuser & Details Alleged Pattern of Abuse
Elisa Mouliaá Receives Support from Second Accuser in Allegations Against Íñigo Errejón
Actress Elisa Mouliaá has expressed gratitude for the “courage and bravery” of a second woman who has come forward with allegations of sexual assault against former politician Íñigo Errejón. Mouliaá made the statement, as reported by Europa Press, following the emergence of news regarding the second accusation.
According to Mouliaá, she is already acquainted with the second woman, who has requested anonymity, having confided in her on February 17th. “I am incredibly grateful that she has had the courage to finally take the step,” Mouliaá stated, adding that both she and the second accuser share legal representation.
The 37-year-old actress alleged that Errejón “has always been one to maintain a public-facing partner while simultaneously having 800,000 lovers” whom he allegedly “mistreated, humiliated, and disdained, using psychopathic techniques like gaslighting and intermittent reinforcement.”
Mouliaá clarified that while her interactions with Errejón were limited to the night of the alleged incident she reported, she had “more encounters” – three or four – with the second woman.
Mouliaá reiterated her desire for other women who she believes have experienced similar situations to come forward and testify in court against Íñigo Errejón. However, she advised them to do so “anonymously,” arguing that “if you do it openly, they will mutilate you,” as she claims to have experienced.
“We have silenced many voices. Let her complaint be read and see the pattern, there is a very clear pattern,” Mouliaá added, referring to the experiences shared with the former spokesperson for Podemos. She stated that the incident involving her occurred on October 8th, while the second accuser’s alleged incident took place on October 16th.
“I hope that people like this end up in jail because they are a danger to society, they are psychopaths,” Mouliaá concluded.
This development follows a judge’s decision to send Íñigo Errejón to trial for the alleged sexual assault of Elisa Mouliaá in late September 2021. The actress filed the complaint after Errejón resigned from all public offices and left active politics following admissions of “toxic” behavior with women. She recounted three incidents that occurred at a party in 2021, which the magistrate concluded could constitute a continuing offense against sexual freedom.
Despite the opposition of the Prosecutor’s Office, Judge Adolfo Carretero imposed a €30,000 bail on Errejón – representing the compensation Mouliaá is seeking for moral damages – and summoned him to appear on January 15th to be notified of the opening of the trial. Mouliaá and the Specialized Association for the Comprehensive Defense of Victims of Crime, acting as the private prosecution, are seeking a three-year prison sentence for Errejón, though the Public Prosecutor’s Office has requested the case be dismissed.
Previously, in February 2026, Elisa Mouliaá initially announced she was withdrawing her accusation against Errejón, stating she did not want to “bear the burden of the accusation alone.” She explained that after Errejón’s resignation following anonymous accusations and the emergence of narratives questioning their validity, she came forward to “show her face” and “confirm that everything was true” and “protect other women.” However, she subsequently reversed her decision, stating she would proceed “until the end” with the case.
The Prosecutor’s Office had requested Errejón’s absolution, arguing that the reported facts did not constitute a crime. The judge suspended the planned hearing to notify Errejón of the opening of the trial and to clarify Mouliaá’s final decision after she submitted a written renunciation of the accusation, which she then retracted.
