sydney Sweeney has teased that the highly anticipated third season of HBO’s Euphoria will be “unhinged.” In an interview with Empire magazine, Sweeney discussed her connection to her character, Cassie, and her working relationship with showrunner Sam levinson.
Sweeney lauded Levinson’s willingness to push creative boundaries. ”He’s a brilliant filmmaker to work with,” Sweeney said,explaining that she often suggests even more extreme ideas,which Levinson embraces.She then added, “And this season is unhinged,” though she didn’t elaborate.
Regarding her character, Sweeney expressed a deep affection for Cassie, acknowledging her flaws and mistakes, which she said stem from a place of love.She enjoys portraying such a complex and “crazy” character.
