Hezo Cycling
Hezo Cycling, a German company, specializes in custom-fit, 3D-printed cycling shoes. These shoes rival the performance of top brands without the premium price tag.
The process is simple: customers place their feet on a standard DIN A4 sheet and use the Hezo Scan App to take three photos. Hezo uses these images to create a custom shoe. Customers can also select from various color options.

Hezo manufactures the entire shoe, including the soles, in-house. The shoes are constructed without glue, allowing the inner shoe to be removed for washing or replacement. The current Hezo lineup includes two road shoes and one gravel shoe.

Carbonteam
Carbonteam, based in Portugal, displayed their carbon frames at Eurobike. The company produces frames for numerous clients, some of whom prefer to keep their manufacturing locations confidential.
Carbonteam employs 170 peopel and expects to produce 10,000 frames in 2025, with a goal of 15,000 frames next year. The company prides itself on the surface quality of its frames, offering raw finishes in matte, semi-matte, and glossy options. Each frame includes a non-removable RFID chip.
